The assessment takes into account financial statements and a range of financial and business indicators. Bizi evaluates a company's performance over the previous seven years, with particular emphasis on long-term financial stability, business security and strong financial ratings.
STOJA TRADE's 2026 certificate therefore confirms successful, secure and stable business operations over the past seven years, an exceptionally high financial rating over the past three years, and a high average financial rating across the seven-year period.
Strict criteria met by only a small percentage of companies
To obtain the Certificate of Sustainable Excellence, a company must meet several demanding requirements simultaneously. Key criteria include:
- at least seven years of active business operations,
- publicly available financial data for at least seven consecutive financial years,
- no insolvency proceedings during the past seven years,
- no recorded blocking of transaction accounts during this period,
- compliance with tax obligations,
- an above-average financial rating over the past three years and a high financial rating over a longer period.
The financial assessment considers several factors, including financial security, profitability, efficiency, performance, liquidity, indebtedness and the ratio between financial debt and cash flow.
Due to these demanding criteria, only a limited percentage of Slovenian companies qualify for the certificate.
