The space is heated, air-conditioned and ventilated, richly equipped with electrical and communication connections, technically secured against burglary and fire, has a built-in access and exit control system, and is equipped with optical cable. The floors are covered with textile flooring.

Operating costs: 4.66 €/m2+VAT and include: electricity and water consumption, heating or cooling of the premises, maintenance of the freight elevator, maintenance of the heating plant, snow removal and maintenance of green areas, active fire protection and technical inspections, technical security of the building and insurance of the building.

Parking spaces: possibility to rent parking spaces for 45€+VAT per parking space.
Parking for visitors for up to 30 minutes is free.

- Minimum lease term of 36 months,
- The tenant must be a 100% VAT taxpayer,
- The security deposit amounts to: 3432.00 EUR,
- The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional services, i.e. preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the record, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and lease term, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 1716 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 2,094.00 EUR

 

The seller's condition for the sale: The purchaser pays The Real Estate Transfer Tax, which amounts to 2 % of the sales price.
