2. the planned building height with a meandering line from G+2 on the west side to G+3 on the east side and stacked vertical accents from G+4 to G+20 (towers) on the meander – the "base" – with all associated parking areas arranged in 3 basement levels,
3. the planned land use coefficient Fsi is 2.4, which amounts to approximately 23,000 m2 of gross floor area above ground,
4. the size of Area B is approx. 9,711 m2

The sale is as a whole. Parcel boundaries are arranged, the land registry status is settled, and the property is free of encumbrances.
