We are renting out a fully furnished house in the well-kept Galjevica neighborhood, less than 5 minutes’ drive from the center of Ljubljana.

The terraced house has a beautiful, small, private garden with a terrace on the south side of the house, and on the north side there are two parking spaces in front of the entrance to the house. The neighborhood has a large shared parking area approx. 20 m from the house for additional cars.

- ground floor: entrance hall, separate kitchen with a small table, living room with dining area and access to the terrace and garden, toilet and utility room. With external access there is also a storage room for garden equipment and a larger storage room for bicycles or even a motorcycle,
- first floor: 3 bedrooms (one with a balcony), walk-in closet and bathroom,
- attic: large office/study with its own bathroom.

Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:
- Minimum lease term of 36 months,
- Security deposit amount: 5,000 EUR,
- The tenant shall bear the cost of part of the additional services, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the real estate company's general terms and conditions, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and lease term, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 2,500 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 3,050 EUR.  VAT is charged only on the additional services, not on the rent!
