A house, a few years old, will become available in September, intended for long-term rent.We are renting a newer comfortable house with a private garden, located in a small hamlet with easy access to all international schools and close to a large shopping center, as well as recreational areas such as FitInn, etc.

*  Second floor; has a large master bedroom, bathroom, terrace, a large walk-in wardrobe and a work nook.

The house is heated by a heat pump (underfloor heating), all windows have triple glazing and there is 20 cm of insulation on the facade.

It is fully furnished (kitchen and built-in wardrobes), and available for move-in in September 2026.

 

 

 

Lessor's condition for concluding a deal:
- Minimum rental period 25 months,
- The security deposit amounts to: EUR 5600
- The lessee accepts part of the additional services in payment, i.e. drawing up the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the real estate and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays the advertised rent and duration of the lease one-off amount for additional services EUR 2800 plus 22% VAT, total EUR 3416.

VAT is charged only on additional services, not on rent!
