We are renting out office space in a good location near the ring road, with its own parking space for 5 cars in front of the entrance (parking is included in the rent).

The tenant does not necessarily have to be a VAT taxpayer. 

The premises are located on the first floor, accessible only by stairs, where there is one large bright room of approx. 50 m2, and several inner rooms lit by natural light through domes. On the north side there are two more offices with windows, and on the floor there are also restrooms and a kitchenette.
The space is unfurnished and available for immediate move-in.

We are looking for a long-term tenant who is looking for easily accessible office premises at a very competitive rent. 

Landlord's condition for concluding the transaction:
-  Minimum lease term of 25 months, 
-  The amount of the security deposit is EUR 5,000
-  The tenant shall bear part of the cost of additional services, i.e. preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and lease duration, pays a one-time fee for additional services of EUR 2,054 plus 22% VAT, totaling EUR 2,506,  VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
