Landlord's condition for concluding the contract:

-  The amount of the deposit is a minimum of two rents,
-  The tenant must be 100% taxpayer,
-  The tenant bears part of the costs for additional services, i.e. drafting the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: execution of the handover of the property and drafting the minutes, participation in the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of pictorial material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms of business of the real estate agency, so the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 11.250 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 13.725 EUR.
