- The tenant shall bear part of the additional service costs, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and lease term, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 1,050 EUR plus 22% VAT, total 1,281 EUR

Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:

-  Minimum rental period of 35 months,

-  The amount of the security deposit is: 2,100.00 EUR,

-  The landlord wants tenants who are business people.

-  The tenant shall bear part of the additional services, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and rental period, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 1,050.00 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 1,281.00 EUR
