Landlord's condition for concluding the transaction:

-  Minimum lease term of 25 months,

-  The security deposit amounts to: 6,000 EUR,

-  The tenant shall bear part of the additional services, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, for the advertised rent and lease term, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 2.300 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 2.806 EUR.

VAT is charged only on the additional services, not on the rent!
