Operating costs: 4.66 €/m2 + VAT and include: electricity consumption, water, heating or cooling of the premises, maintenance of the freight elevator, maintenance of the heating station, snow removal and maintenance of green areas, active fire protection and technical inspections, technical security of the building, and building insurance. Parking is free for up to 30 minutes. Lease condition: The commission costs for the brokerage service are divided so that the tenant pays a commission in the amount of one monthly rent + VAT. - The tenant shall cover part of the additional services, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and lease term, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 462 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 654 EUR.
