Landlord's condition for concluding the transaction:
-  Minimum lease term of 12 months, 
-  Security deposit amount: 3000 EUR,
- The tenant shall bear part of the additional services, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the real estate company's general terms and conditions, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and lease term, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 1500 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 1830 EUR, VAT is charged only on the additional services, not on the rent!
