News: 73 new apartments will be available in the first half of 2021
The construction of the foundation stone also officially commenced the construction of the eleven-storey tower B in the area of the May Fields. K.Tivoli will build 73 flats for ten million euros, which will be available in the first half of 2021. When it is sold, the construction of Tower C will follow, so that the missing city will acquire 146 new flats.
Built in the mostcolourful section of Ljubljana, close to Križanke theatre and NUK library, this Villa offers five spacious apartments with large teraces, high ceilings, elevator and a private garden.
In the beginning of 2018, the construction of housing project Villa Ekorna will start in the southeast part of the town (closer to the centre). The project will be situated on the edge of the town with a view over the meadow and neighbouring hills. The housing project will probably be available in the first quarter of 2019.
New housing project rezidenca Rezidenca started its construction a few months ago and will be finished in June 2018. It will encompass nine apartments of different sizes (from 2.5- to 5-room). The villa block is situated close to Tržaška cesta and is in close proximity to motorway junction Dolgi most (1,300 m) and Brezovica (1,200 m).
Second phase of the sale of Celovški dvori apartments concluded successfully, all 51 apartments sold
Ljubljana, 28 February 2017 –The Bank Assets Management Company (BAMC) received 374 offers in the second stage in the sale of the Celovški dvori apartments, and sold all 51 apartments. BAMC is extremely satisfied with the results of the second phase of the sale. The third phase of the sale of apartments and business premises is expected to launch in April.
Ljubljana, 16 January 2017 – Tommorrow, Družba za upravljanje terjatev bank, d. d., will begin selling apartment units in the second wing of the Celovški dvori residential complex in Ljubljana. 51 apartments will offered for sale with a 30-day open house viewing period, where potential buyers will be invited to submit their bids. Based on market research and experience from the first round of sales, the selling prices will be published at www.celovskidvori.eu on 17 January 2017, when the apartment sales open.
Ljubljana, 20. December 2016 – In the first stage of the sale, the number of binding bids exceeded the number of available apartments in the first block of the Celovški dvori residential complex, and all 56 units were immediately sold. There will therefore not be a second round. A new set of 51 apartments will be available for bidding in mid-January 2017, while the remaining 119 apartments and commercial premises will be put on sale in the spring of 2017.

The sale of apartments in the Celovški dvori residential complex is proceeding according to plan. Cleaning and refurbishment is currently underway on a new set of 51 apartments located in the second wing. They are expected to be offered to buyers as early as the beginning of next year. These include 5 studio apartments, 21 one-bedroom apartments, 17 two-bedroom apartments and 8 three-bedroom apartments. Due to increased demand, the sale process and the open-house viewing period will be shortened from 45 to a maximum of 30 days.
Notice for buyers of apartments in the Celovški dvori residential complex
Bidders whose bids on apartments were not accepted in the first stage of the sale (56 apartments in wing 1) of the Celovški dvori complex will be given an exclusive opportunity to purchase any of the apartments not sold in the first stage of the sale process. Should you express an interest, BAMC will allow you 7 days to view the unsold apartments in December 2016 - BAMC will announce the exact time in advance. In the additional open-house period, unsuccessful bidders will be given the exclusive right to submit binding bids on unsold apartments under the same conditions as before, and any existing deposits made will be taken into account.
